MOHICAN FIRE is red-orange self with a green throat that flows into orange gold petals. Since MOHICAN FIRE is easy pod fertile, I have used it as a go to UF parent to produce clear red seedlings with vibrant green throats. The early season bloom makes this daylily special. This past l summer, MOHICAN FIRE started to bloom mid June and continued to rebloom through the end of July. I gathered seed pods from early August to September.
