IMPERIAL QUEST is named in honor of its two amazing parents,
Steve Moldovan's Imperial Wizard and Clayton Burkey's Starman's Quest. Special thanks to my husband, Mike, for use of his conversion of
Starman's Quest. Both daylilies have been catalysts to my hybridizing. IMPERIAL QUEST, a light reverse bi-tone shows a fine white edge, which comes from Imperial Wizard. The eye zone displays 3 colors of red, with one band which reaches into the green throat. I've used IMPERIAL QUEST in my hybridizing as the daylily has excellent plant habit and looks proportional in a clump.
Fertile both ways.
