SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT is a raspberry red self, white watermark with bright yellow throat surround by complementary bright yellow teeth. The unusual color of SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT comes from crossing lavender in to red. That's not a cross I'd normally make. What evolved out of the cross was a 32" dormant teeth daylily. That in itself is something I like. I'll continue to use SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT in future hybridizing efforts. The daylily has important genetics in it that have been cornerstones for many of the teeth daylilies introduced today. Limited in quantity
