SIR MOLDOVAN OF AVON comes from beautiful blue purple Steve Moldovan breeding. The tall striking daylily has a green throat flowing into cream then into a blue purple with a cream picotee edge. With its height and striking color, you can't miss this one in the garden. The twisting unusual form is displayed above the foliage on nicely branched scapes. This rainy summer SIR MOLDOVAN OF AVON put out two sets of reblooms scapes. It's been fun setting pods in August. Pollen is good, but it can be a fussy pod parent.
