ROY LIKE EM HOT

Here's a daylily that will set fire to your garden. When Roy Woodhall, a connoisseur of intense daylilies visited this past year, he shouted over to Steve "This is Hot!" Thus the name ROY LIKES EM HOT. This daylily is a cross between two seedlings, a Steve Moldovan seedling, and the other seeding from John Benz, garden named BIG RED. The petal and sepal color is an electric red-orange with red eye and ruffled red wire edge. The blooms are well placed up out of the foliage and open cleanly. This daylily is a clear eye catcher in our garden. ROY LIKES EM HOT is pollen and pod fertile.

Fertile both ways.
