QUIETLY CONFIDENT shows several faces depending on the weather. At first bloom the color is a faded lavender brown, with a maroon eye, and a finely traced maroon pencil edge. Later blooms tend to be more on the darker side of the colors with a slight bi-tone reflection. QUIETLY CONFIDENT sometimes shows a light white edge around the petal edges and eye. This daylily has been displayed for several years. Kathy McCarthy and Larry Grace have both commented about the desirability of this daylily. While I have listed the pollen parent of QUIETLY CONFIDENT as unk, there is likelihood that it is Pigment Of Imagination.
