MICHIGAN FARM GIRLS was my friend Saundra Dunn's favorite daylily last summer. Thus, the daylily is named for the Michigan farm girls, Saundra and Mary Ann Cleary. They operate Along the Fence Daylilies. MICHIGAN FARM GIRLS is purple with a chartreuse throat that blends into white. The outer edges of the petals are paler purple and the slight edge is white. The petals and sepals roll back gracefully. I think you will find this one a welcome addition to your garden.
