TIDEWATER ELF

TIDEWATER ELF continues my line of cottage garden daylilies.  The tall graceful scapes display the cute little flowers high above the foliage.  The color is a clear golden yellow with a touch of tangerine and chartreuse throat.  Most days the sepals are just a little darker than the slightly ruffled petals.  The height of the scapes actually makes the flowers appear smaller than they really are.

The daylily is perfect for flower shows exhibiting because it can display multiple well placed blooms on a single scape.  The cute little daylily got its name because it was a favorite of summer visitors from the Tidewater area
