We simply love the distinctive color of this daylily. The color can be best described as Cerise with a light pink blend watermark over a green throat.
The color combined with a scape height of 44 inches makes STROLLING IN THE ROSES hard to miss. Easily used as a colorful backdrop
to shorter daylilies and other perennials. Genetically speaking, several dormants have been incorporated in the mix. And the entire genetic makeup comes from Northern hybridizing so it should be very hardy and also grow well in the South because of its SemiEv. nature.. STROLLING IN THE ROSES occasionally displays a pinched crispate form, but not consistent enough to register as such. Another garden favorite.
Fertile both ways.
